Outreach and Missions
Matthew 25:35-36 (NASB) says ” For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger and you invited me in; I was naked and you clothed me; I was in prison and you came to visit me.”
Our outreach and mission opportunities allow us to feed, hydrate, house, cloth and reach out to our community and world.
Prison Ministry
Our prison ministry offers opportunities to share the WORD of God and the love of Christ with current inmates and ex-offenders. Areas we serve in include:
- Jail Ministry – Bible Studies
- Prison Ministry – Bibles Studies, Seminars, Kairos Weekends, Christmas Caroling
- Mentoring/Aftercare – Discipleship of Ex-Offender
- Family Ministry – Discipleship of Adult Family Members, Support Groups
- Children’s Ministry – Angel Tree, Mentoring and Discipleship of children, school work tutoring
- Community Development – identify help for food, clothing, child care, housing, jobs, transportation, etc
We are currently collecting gently used children’s books for the children of incarcerated parents. The child will receive both the book and a recording of their parents reading it to them. Donations can be placed in the baskets located in the foyer.

Van Ministry
The van ministry helps to provide Sunday transportation to and from church for people in the Santa Fe area who would have no transportation otherwise. If you or someone you know is in need of a ride, please complete the Sunday Pick-Up Request form under the “Resources” tab or contact us at 505-424-0878.
