Areas to Volunteer
Children’s Ministry
Do you enjoy working with kids? Children’s ministry uses interactive and fun lessons to teach kids biblical principles. We are looking for volunteer teachers and helpers for our toddler, preschooler, kindergartner, and kids church (1st-6th grade) classes. Volunteer teachers lead kids in bible lessons, games and activities. Volunteer helpers assist the volunteer teacher in monitoring and completing class activities. Communion
Are you interested in serving during communion? Through communion we practice self-examination, forgiveness and deep gratitude for the sacrifice Christ has made for us. Communion volunteers help prepare and serve communion during first and second service. For more information please complete the Volunteer Form see Deacons.
Greeting Team
Are you interested serving as a greeter? We desire to make anyone who walks through our doors feel welcomed at the Vineyard. Volunteer greeters help to ensure that every person entering the church is greeted and that visitors are offered assistance. Prayer Team
Do you have a heart for intercessory prayer? The prayer team is there to pray, intercede for and encourage those who are need of prayer. Volunteers are available to pray with people after first and second service. They also pray and intercede during the week for the Body of Christ. Prison Ministry
Do you have a desire to serve the former and currently incarcerated population? The prison ministry offers opportunities to share the WORD of GOD and the LOVE of CHRIST with current inmates and ex-offenders. Areas of ministry include jail ministry, prison ministry, mentoring/aftercare, family ministry, children ministry and community development. In which, volunteers will have the opportunities to lead bible studies, offer discipleship and provide support for both the inmates/ex-offenders and their families. Tech & Media
Interested in technology and media? Through tech and media we strive to communicate the gospel to the Body of Christ in a dynamic way. Tech and media volunteers assist in running the audio, video, powerpoint and the sound system for church services and special church events. For more information please complete the Volunteer Form.
Van Ministry
Are you interested in being a van driver? The van ministry helps to provide Sunday transportation in Santa Fe to and from church for people who would have no transportation otherwise. Vineyard Cafe
Interested in volunteering in hospitality? Vineyard Cafe provides both refreshments and creates an atmosphere for people to fellowship. Vineyard Cafe volunteers help to prepare and serve refreshments and clean-up the cafe prior to, between and after church services.
